About Birkdale Farm
Little Birkdale is a remote and cosy barn conversion split into 2 self contained studios, adjacent to the owners home. The ground floor studio sleeps 2-4. It comprises of a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with cosy woodburning stove.
There is a separate twin/double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The first floor studio sleeps 2 and comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a cosy woodburning stove. There is a separate twin/double bedroom and separate bathroom.
The cottage is available as a walkers stop over which includes:
"DIY" breakfast pack
Free collection from Keld and return the next morning
Supper ready for you to warm through
Accommodation ready from 3.30pm onwards.
Strictly NON SMOKERS and no pets.
The cottage is accessible by foot or 4x4.
